Cyflwyno electrod graffit HP
Mae electrod graffit pŵer uchel yn cael ei gynhyrchu gan golosg petrolewm cynnwys isel sylffwr (neu golosg nodwydd) fel deunyddiau crai ac asffalt glo fel rhwymwr trwy galchynnu, malu, sypynnu, tylino, mowldio, pobi, trwytho, ail-bobi, graffiteiddio a pheiriannu.Mae ei briodweddau ffisegol a mecanyddol yn uwch na'r electrod graffit pŵer rheolaidd, megis gwrthedd isel a dwysedd cerrynt mawr.
Cymhwyso Electrod Graffit HP
(1) Ar gyfer mwyndoddi dur mewn ffwrnais arc trydan / ffwrnais lletwad
(2) Defnyddir electrod HP Graphite yn bennaf mewn ffwrnais arc Trydan ar gyfer gwneud dur.Pan fydd electrod graffit yn gweithio yn EAF, bydd y cerrynt yn cael ei gyflwyno gan electrod graffit i'r ffwrnais, a bydd ffynhonnell wres a gynhyrchir gan arc trydan rhwng diwedd yr electrod a thâl ffwrnais ar gyfer mwyndoddi.
(3) Ar gyfer mwyndoddi corundum mewn ffwrnais drydan
(4) Defnyddir ar gyfer prosesu cynhyrchion graffit siâp arbennig
Defnyddir y gwagle o electrod graffit hefyd i brosesu amrywiol gynhyrchion graffit siâp arbennig a chrwsibl graffit, ac ati.
